(I) REQUIREMENTS FOR BDO (BANCO DE ORO) LOAN APPLICANTS


      (A) FOR EMPLOYED APPLICANTS: 


  • Fully filled-up Buyer’s Information Sheet
  • Proof of Payment of Reservation Fee
  • SPA (Special Power of Attorney), if applicable
  • Photocopy of valid IDs with picture and signature
  • Photocopy of the Title
  • Details of property being purchased (Seller-contact details / selling price) or Contract To Sell
  • Signed Reservation Agreement (If married, signed by spouse)
  • If employed, Certificate of Employment and Compensation
  • Copy of one month latest payslip or remittance
  • BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) Tin Number application
  • Tax Declaration / Receipts / Clearance

 

 

 

 

     (B) FOR OVERSEAS FILIPINO WORKERS (BALIKBAYAN) APPLICANTS:

  • General Filipinas Form for MRI (Mortgage Redemption Insurance)

  • Copy of valid IDs
  • Copy of Marriage Contract, if applicable
  • Photocopy of the Title
  • Details of property being purchased (Seller-contact details / selling price) or Contract To Sell
  • Reservation Agreement and Statement of Account
  • Certificate of Employment and Compensation or Contract
  • Copy of last two months payslips or proof of remittance for the past three months

APPROVAL: SEVEN ( 7 ) WORKING DAYS FROM SUBMISSION OF COMPLETE DOCUMENTS.

 

DOCUMENTATION AND LOAN SIGNING: FOUR ( 4 ) WORKING DAYS FROM DATE OF APPROVAL.

 

RELEASE OF LETTER OF GUARANTEE TO DEVELOPER: UPON SIGNING OF LOAN DOCS, PAYMENT OF BANK CHARGES, FAVORABLE TITLE VERIFICATION REPORT AND SUBMISSION OF NOTARIZED, CONSULARIZED SPA, IF APPLICABLE.

 

ANNOTATION AND RELEASE OF LOAN PROCEEDS:

FIVE TO SEVEN ( 5-7 ) WORKING DAYS FROM SUBMISSION OF OROGINAL AND COMPLETE DOCUMENTS AS STATED IN THE BANK’S LETTER OF GUARANTEE.

 


 

(lI) REQUIREMENTS FOR PROPERTIES THRU PAG-IBIG LOAN

 

    (A) FOR EMPLOYED APPLICANTS:

 

  • Fully filled-up Buyer’s Information Sheet
  • Proof of Payment of Reservation Fee
  • Copy of one month latest payslip or remittance
  • Acknowledgement for MSVS Counselling / Approved MSVS (Membership Status Verification Slip)
  • Three pcs 1 x 1 ID pictures, if married,  two pcs 1 x 1 ID pictures of spouse
  • Marriage Contract / Birth Certificate
  • Three months Proof of Billing Statement (i.e.: credit cards, telephone, water/meralco/insurance) with proof of payment
  • Photocopy of Company ID with picture and signature. Passport / Driver’s License
  • Signed Reservation Agreement (If married, signed by spouse)
  • Photocopy of Certificate of Employment and Compensation (itemized). Later submit Original Certificate of Employment and Compensation (notarized and itemized) of Borrower and Co-borrower
  • Bank Statement – latest six months transaction - if any
  • Updated Employee Statement of Accumulated Value (ESAV) / POP (Pag-IBIG Overseas Program) Passbook (at least 24 months)
  • Income Tax Return (latest) with W2
